  • The Florida Division of Early Learning has created a Grant to give parents FREE access to learning program that will help their kids get ready for success in school

  • The App is called Footsteps2brilliance. It can be used on ANY device, including a smartphone. Everything in the program is fully bilingual, English and Spanish. It Includes digital books, songs, games, and activities that are engaging for parents and children. In addition, it can be used even without an internet connection so that learning can happen anytime, anywhere.

  • The program is available to families who live in Hardee County with children who are ages 0-5 years old because this is the age when 90%of a child's brain is developed and they are most receptive to learning.

  • When used for just 15 minutes per day, children will grow very quickly in language and literacy.

  • Footsteps2Brilliance also provides bilingual help for parents through our support website, reachable on the app.

  • We encourage all families to take advantage of this unique opportunity. This is why we have been in communication with multiple agencies such as Head Start, RCMA, Hardee County School Migrant and Homeless programs, and VPK providers to assist families in getting access to this trasformational tool.

  • Please contact Hardee County School Federal Programs at 863-767-0662 for more information.
